Tony's brisket board

Tony's brisket board, done. Three coats of mineral oil over a week, beeswax buff to finish. The juice groove caught the worst of my router setup (I redid it twice before it tracked clean), but the rest came together. The walnut darkened a half-shade with the oil, exactly as expected, and the maple yellowed slightly to match. Heavy is the surprise: about nine pounds. It's big enough to hold a whole brisket with room to slice. Tony has been smoking briskets every other weekend since spring. I figure this board has earned its way into the rotation.
