Base Cabinet Build (in progress)
Forty-eight pieces of three-quarter birch ply, cut to size and numbered with a sharpie on every face. These are the carcasses for a run of base cabinets: four boxes ranging from twelve inches wide up to thirty-six. The numbers correspond to a spreadsheet that probably has three errors in it. I'll find them during dry-fit and curse my way through the rewrites; that's the math of any cabinet project for me. Exposed plywood edges will get banded with maple before the face frames go on. Carcass glue-up starts Sunday if the weather stays cool enough for the squeeze-out not to skin over.
